1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Unrivaled Travel Tools (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The service
We provide AI-assisted marketing content tools for travel advisors, including content generation, scheduling, media management, and Social CRM features.
3. Accounts
- You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals. Refunds are at our discretion unless required by law.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
- Upload content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Generate content that is defamatory, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the Service.
- Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission.
6. AI-generated content
The Service uses third-party AI models. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and fact-checking any output before publishing. We do not guarantee the accuracy or fitness of AI outputs for any purpose.
7. Your content
You retain ownership of content you upload and content generated for you. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate the Service.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including software, branding, and design, is owned by us and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it under these Terms.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from your Profile. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
13. Changes
We may modify these Terms. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing law
